A year ago, at this time.... I was in YJC. To collect my result. Supposedly.

But what actually did occur was that I was eating chicken rice with my friends in Yishun, having just completed a 16km route march. Yes, it was the day where I collected my A level results and I chose to go late because I couldn't really be bothered with how many As YJC had gotten. I was only interested in who  the top scorers were and at around 1530 when I went in, the principal was just about to end her speech.

Then it was my turn to collect my cert, I sat down and the first thing I asked from my then-CT was 'Mr Goh, did I fail my A levels?'

Cause just before the GP paper few months before Serene and I was wondering how we are going to fare for the A levels and if we screw up, what can we do. It was the usual things.. NIE/SIM or yeah, just SIGN ON!

But thankfully, neither of us did badly. And after that we were in Dhoby Ghaut for dinner and saying goodbye to Daniel.

Fast forward 364 days.

Once again I was in Dhoby Ghaut. But this time I was with JS for Carl's Jr.
